Anomalies in the temperature dependence of coefficients in layered structures with introduced impurities

CZU: 537.226.33+538.9+621.382

Authors:

Palistrant, Maria; Ursu, Vitalie; Calalb, Mihai

Summary:

The temperature dependence of specific resistance  and thermoelectric coefficient α is studied in terms of the Mott and Davis theory for electronic processes in quasi-two-dimensional disordered systems. The existence of a peak in the electron state density defined by the two-dimensionality of the system and narrow energy bands makes it possible to describe the anomalies in the temperature dependence of α and  values in high-temperature superconducting cuprates obtained on the basis of FeAs.
