High efficient led for white light

Summary:

The highly efficient red-emitting phosphors (Ca1-xSrx)S:Eu and (Ca1-xSrx)Se:Eu , in combination with commercial green phosphor SrGa2S4:Eu2 and blue LED are proposed for a three-band white LED. The luminescence mechanism and optimization parameters are discussed.
